He is Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication and MBA-Finance. Shri Dasgupta with 24 years of experience had extensive exposure of corporate office and field level banking. At present he is looking after large Corporate credit, International Subsidiaries, Foreign Business Dept. Domestic Subsidiary & treasury, Finance.

Shri. Abhay Tewari joined the company in the year 2014 as Appointed Actuary. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director & CEO of the company, he was promoted as Joint President – Corporate & Chief Actuary, overseeing Operations, Actuarial, Risk and Corporate Governance functions. Shri. Tewari has played a critical role in enabling the growth trajectory of the company. He has led the Actuarial function and played a pivotal role in aligning the organization in achieving the strategic objectives over the years. Shri Tewari has total experience of over 25 years, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Actuaries of India (Investment specialisation) & UK (Life specialisation).He is also a CFA Charter Holder from CFA Institute of USA and holds a PGDBA from ICFAI Business School of Kolkata.

Shri Ashok Narain has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since July 28, 2023. He is Retired Chief General Manager, Department of Supervision, Reserve Bank of India. He is M.S. in Business Administration (Finance) - University of Rochester, New York, MBA - IIM Kolkata, LLB, CAIIB. He has held several leadership positions during the last 33 years of his service, particularly in the areas of financial supervision, consumer protection and enterprise wide risk management (ERM).

Shri Nitesh Ranjan has been serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since July 28, 2021. He is the Executive Director of Union Bank of India since March 10, 2021. Shri Ranjan has been with the Bank since 2008. He was Chief General Manager, responsible for steering Bank’s vision and goals including strategic agenda of end-to-end digitisation.

P. Chitale & Co. since 1992 and he was also member of various committees of IRDAI & RBI. He has garnered wide experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and other sectors.
