You have always dreamt of a successful career but didn’t know where to begin. SUD Life ACE – PG Diploma course is designed to make your dream become a reality through systematic career planning and structured learning.

ACE is a PG Diploma course designed by SUD Life in association with Manipal Global, a leading institute offering specialised courses to dynamic individuals who want to build their career in the Life Insurance sector.

When you are selected for ACE, you will undergo a year-long rigorous training which includes residential & classroom sessions, internship as well as On-Job Training (OJT) that will help you understand the nuances of the Life insurance business and products better, provide more informed advice to the clients and help them in their decisions to secure their future.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

ACE can be simply defined as Achieving Career Excellence.

ACE is the first step towards your professional life. On enrolling in the ACE programme, you will receive a provisional offer of employment from SUD Life.

The one-year diploma programme will train and prepare you in various aspects of Life Insurance Sales & Relationship Management. During the entire course of the programme, you will receive a stipend.

After a year and upon successful completion of the programme, you will begin your journey with SUD Life as a Relationship Manager.

ACE SEMESTERS

1

Classroom sessions & residential course at Manipal University, Bangalore

Duration: 4 months

Stipend: ₹ 5,000/month

  • Life Insurance Operations – Underwriting & Claims
  • Macro Economics, Financial Markets & Taxation
  • Managerial Effectiveness

Internship

Duration: 2 months

Stipend: ₹ 10,000/month

On successful completion of the classroom training, you will begin your internship at SUD Life branches. During the internship you will get practical experience about the:

  • Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Sales Systems and Processes
  • Support Functional Role

On-Job-Training

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹ 15,000/month

Post successful completion of internship, you would undergo On-Job-Training at SUD Life branches. OJT at SUD Life branches is the final leg of the programme wherein you will get an opportunity to practice what you have learnt:

  • Guided by mentors
  • Customer Interactions, Pitching and Selling
  • Hands-on experience on all Sales and Process Implementation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Graduates with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university

Students appearing for final year of graduate programme may also be eligible

21-25 years of age

Work experience

The candidate’s education qualification and background will be verified through an external agency.

  • Fees include all boarding, tuition and lodging expense at Manipal Global Campus, Bangalore
  • The Employee will serve a bond of 3 years which would also include the classroom, internship and OJT period
  • The bond will be enforced if the employee chooses to leave the company within 3 years
